Our youth programs actively engage high school and transitional aged youth in discovering the world of local, urban manufacturing. We achieve this by conducting interactive classroom presentations and workshops, connecting youth to paid internships, and by showing them how to pursue manufacturing careers, training, and further education.
We collaborate closely with the local school district and youth organizations that prepare and support young individuals. By integrating these experiences seamlessly with students’ overall learning and goals, we create meaningful and impactful journeys for the youth.

The FlexFactor© program immerses middle and high school students into the world of advanced manufacturing technology and entrepreneurship and gets young people excited about STEAM-based education and career pathways.
