Sebastian has been running a custom furniture fabrication shop in Bernal Heights for over 15 years, and am now looking to share the space with a fellow woodworker/maker/artist/creator/builder.

The shop is located in a first rate commercial building that is very close to the shops and restaurants of Bernal Heights and next door neighbors with Bare Bottle Brewery. Building amenities include secure remote control roll-up gate access, regularly cleaned bathrooms, 24 hour access, and a community of small business owners from bakers to floral designers.

The shop space itself has 20′ ceilings, excellent East facing light, a 12″ Northfield jointer, 25″ helical head planer, 18″ Laguna and 14″ Rockwell bandsaws, two table saws, chop saws, pedestal sander, air compressor, dust collection system, and air filtration.

The shop also comes with access to a lofted office space and additional storage.
