Products we love: the first-class, small batch kimchi from Volcano Kimchi!

Have you tasted kimchi before? It all starts with vegetables (typically napa cabbage) that are cut, fermented and seasoned – it is often spicy. Kimchi is used as an ingredient or condiment, and there are hundreds of varieties to discover.

Volcano Kimchi makes handcrafted kimchi and other unique Korean-inspired food products, and has been an SFMade member since early 2016.

They focus on organic, vegan and locally sourced ingredients and no added sugar. Their kimchi goes with everything!
