Hire-Ability is an SFMade Workforce Partner who refers trained, assessed and pre-qualified employees to positions on our job board. They run an Employee Development Program that works with residents of San Francisco with disabilities and barriers to employment, helping them to build upon and improve their vocational skills through production work. For these trainees, the goal is to ready them for job placement in their community.
SFMade business member Yellow Owl Workshop utilized Hire-Ability’s services to complete a large order of 2000+ toy kits. Here is what Maria had to say about working with Hire-Ability:
