SFMade and PlaceMade are pleased to announce the availability of production space in our brand-new, affordable manufacturing building in San Francisco: The Manufacturing Foundry at 150 Hooper, coming June 2018.
Located in the Design District, 150 Hooper comprises four floors and will have over 50,000 SF of multi-tenant, manufacturing space. Units ranging from 1000 SF up to full floors (12,700 SF) are available. PlaceMade will operate the Manufacturing Foundry, and our building is part of a larger, mixed-use commercial campus at 100 Hooper offering manufacturing, office, and public open space.
The ground floor of 150 Hooper has approximately 8,400 SF, six roll-up doors, ceiling height of 18 feet, and six person doors. Floors 2, 3, and 4 have approximately 12,700 SF each, with 11 foot ceilings. The building has indoor bike parking, a truck-accessible breezeway, and 24-hour access. Tenants will also have access to a two-bay loading dock adjacent to 150 Hooper. Transport nearby includes: Caltrain, the Mission Bay Shuttle, and Muni 55 bus (access to BART).
PlaceMade, launched in 2013, is the sister non-profit to SFMade. PlaceMade is San Francisco’s first non-profit industrial real estate development corporation.
