Sour Flour is looking for subtenant at La Victoria bakery. Preferably another baker, but open to other complimentary businesses.
Monthly rent is $1,500–$2,500 and total available space is dependent on needs and schedule.
Open to negotiating equipment needs and layout. Use of current equipment (below) is negotiable depending on schedules:
- Double rack oven
- Two convection ovens
- Mixers
- Minimal range (2 flame burner)
- Refrigeration and freezer space (not walk-in)
