Since 1984 Eclectic Cookery has provided licensed, inspected food processing facilities to hundreds of small businesses. Our customers include caterers, bakers, food product manufacturers, mobile vendors, juicers and production operations servicing retail outlets.
Our main 10,700 SF facility is located at 103 Horne Avenue in the Bayview Hunter’s Point neighborhood. It was custom built in 2018 and provides a variety of stoves, ovens, tilt skillets, Hobart blenders, ample refrigeration and other kitchen equipment. In addition to providing flexible scheduling and affordable, well-equipped kitchen facilities, our friendly and experienced staff is always ready to help solve small business problems with advice about planning, product sourcing, process improvement and purveyor selection.
Rates: We license the use of our facilities by the month and by the hour. You only pay for what you use. The monthly cost is individualized to suit your needs.
Most newer clients choose to work by the hour until their business is predictable. Dry and cold storage is included in the hourly fee while working in the kitchen. However, many customers license dry and cold storage by the month.
The kitchen is open 24/7, seven days per week.
