How much weight should you give to each factor?

  • Cost of Goods & profitability: Are you keeping up with inflation?
  • Competitive Analysis: What are they charging?
  • Your Value Add: What’s unique about your product?
  • Fear & Risk: Can you afford to lose customers? Can you afford not to?

  • How do distributors work?
  • Why would you want a distributor? Why would a customer want you to have a distributor?
