In this workshop we’ll explore what Food & Beverage Consumer Packaged Goods entrepreneurs need to know in order to work with distributors.

  • What are the hidden costs of self-distribution?
  • How do distributors work?
  • Why would you want a distributor? Why would a customer want you to have a distributor?
  • What are some of the different distributor business models you will encounter?
  • How much do distributors charge? How does this differ between different models?
  • What can I do to best prepare for working with a distributor?
  • How should you price your product for a 3rd party distributor? What do you need to know now so that you’ll be prepared?
