Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs mechanical assembly on production items.
• Assists in material and packaging processing.
• Assists in the calibration of all Mountz products.
• Conducts all tasks/responsibilities, always keeping in mind the Manufacturing Department objectives and the continual improvement of Mountz’s Quality Management System.
• Supports and participates in the company’s health and safety program.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as needed.

• Complex Mechanical Assembly
• Simple Electronic Assembly:
• RoHS-Compliant Assembly Experience
• Handling and/or Inspection of PCBAs
• Through-hole Hand Soldering
• Hand-Soldering Wires Experience
• Cutting, Stripping, & Crimping Wires
• Pre-set hand-tool calibration
• Hand-tool QC
• Firmware Download into PCB

Prerequisites

• J-STD-001 Familiarity and/or Certification
• IPC-A-610 Familiarity and/or Certification
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Familiarity and/or Certification
