You are enthusiastic about local food, willing to jump in to help other departments in the store, are a strong communicator, are excellent with customers, and have an attention to detail. You have food and retail experience (not a must) and can thoughtfully guide our customers through the many delicious options in our store. You are passionate about our mission and want to be a part of growing this business.

ABOUT THE JOB

As a Deli team member of Luke’s Local you are responsible for setting and maintaining the deli, prepping and assembling sandwiches, providing excellent customer experience, and shutting down the deli station at the end of the shift. We encourage a team mentality at Luke’s and as such deli members and butcher staff often assist each other based on the demands of the day. Having a positive attitude and team mentality is a must. This role offers a lot of room for growth and leadership opportunities.
