Job Description

California’s Whiskey Distillery of the Year is looking for a talented, reliable, professional to help run the day-to-day operations, and support our B2B and B2C marketing initiatives. You will work with our team to improve efficiency in the organization while boosting brand awareness among new and existing customers.

Ideal Candidate

You should be a great communicator; both written and verbal, detail oriented, with excellent computer skills, resourceful and willing to learn. You enjoy working with people and achieving project objectives. You should be well organized and a team player.

This is not an entry level position, the ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience in administrative/marketing or customer service roles.


Manage the day to day marketing activities, including getting collateral printed, ensuring product samples are processed among other tasks.
Coordinate scheduling and organization of virtual and on-premise meetings
Manage invoicing and bill payments
Communicate with consumers and answer questions and requests via email, social media platforms and phone.
Assist team in enhancing our Social Media presence as needed.
Coordinate online Zoom events including corporate and consumer tastings
Assist in maintaining CRM, ensuring that the leads and account data is up to date
Manage information in Excel spreadsheets and Google sheets relating to marketing campaigns, website and marketing materials.
Independently run projects related to marketing initiatives
Preferred Qualifications

-An associate degree from an accredited University or College
-An interest in wine and spirits industry (and whisky in particular)
-Strong written and persuasive communication skills – mastery of the English language is key
-Word and Excel (or Google Docs and Sheets)
-Experience with marketing concepts
-Ability to multitask and self manage
-Impeccable attention to detail
-Comfortable speaking to strangers on the phone and via email
-Easy going, but hungry to achieve success

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
