The position

We are seeking a skilled and reliable screen printer to support our production schedule using a manual press. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with screen printing and a strong attention to detail, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare screens for printing.
• Mix inks and perform PMS color matching.
• Review and manage work orders.
• Operate a 4-color, 4-station manual printing wheel.
• Set up for single and multi-color jobs.
• Fold, organize, and box finished products.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Occasionally demonstrate and explain the printing process LIVE on-site, while maintaining professionalism.

Requirements

• 2 years of manual screen printing experience.
• Comfortable with plastisol, water-based, discharge inks, and color matching.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, accountability, and punctuality.
• Ability to problem-solve and pause production when necessary.
• Trustworthy and honest team player.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with all team members, from management to retail employees.
• Knowledge of design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus but not required.

Schedule:

• 4-hour or 8-hour shifts
• Weekdays between 11:30-8pm
• Monday to Friday, day shifts
