As the Production Manager, you will lead a diverse production team, direct capacity planning, delivery execution, corporate initiatives, and production logistics. The ideal candidate for this role should possess comprehensive expertise in managing schedules, procuring orders, sourcing, and negotiating.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

– Communicates seasonal and monthly product forecasts to production teams, manages capacity reservation and utilization, and works proactively to ensure production
plans can successfully be executed.
– Conducts delivery analysis, execution, and problem resolution to ensure delivery dates are met for samples and bulk production to meet or exceed our corporate goals.
– Gathers labor, raw materials, consumable manufacturing supplies, and general overhead costs to determine cost benchmarks and variance analysis.
– Motivate a large team of artisans to achieve individual and company goals and provide clear direction and guidance to team members.
– Manage production teams to set goals, perform performance reviews, and develop continuous improvement action plans to address production-related problem areas.
– Develop a deep understanding of products, materials, and manufacturing techniques.
– Establishes and maintains strong relationships with internal departments and vendors.
