About The Job
As a member of our ASIC team, you will report to the Vice President / General Manager of North America and will be responsible for scoping and quoting ASIC projects, developing sales leads, contributing to marketing activities, managing the customer interface, expectation and customer satisfaction. Working closely with the VP of ASIC R&D, and supported by the ASIC Development Team (mainly Denmark) you will support customers in understanding their needs and determine the best solutions including preparing proposals and quotations.

Your Responsibilities
Manage ASIC sales projects from lead to booking.
Manage customer relationship and customer satisfaction through production delivery.
Work with internal ASIC teams to evaluate customer design requirements and present technical solutions, with clearly explaining features, advantages, and benefits.
Provide local project management support to existing and new ASIC customers based in North America.
Collaborate with marketing to establish strategic business and marketing plans and objectives.
Requirements
Mínimum BS Electronic Engineering.
5-10 years’ experience in ASIC & semiconductor design/sale & marketing.
Knowledge of ASIC development processes including ASIC design.
Knowledge of ASIC/foundry targeting and sales process.
Organized and diligent.
Self-motivated and self-driven.
Good and clear communication (internal, suppliers and customers).
Team player, positive attitude.
Location & Travel
This role will either be based at our offices in San Jose, California or Boston (working remotely). Business travel is expected with this role.
