Xilinx Sysgen with extensions to signal processing
PCB schematic design using OrCAD
State Machine Theory
Asynchronous and multiple clock domains
PLL / Frequency synthesis experience
DESIREABLE SKILLS:

Experience with PIC microchip firmware development
C/C++
JTAG
Analog Design (DC-DC chips, op amps, transistors, etc.)
Various hardware protocols: I2C, SPI, RS232, etc.
Interface with various sensors: acceleration, pressure, temperature, etc.
GPS, GSM, CDMA
CAN, LIN, MOST, APIX
CATC, RF, Protocol analyzers and other laboratory equipment
WiFi, WiMAX, 3G, 4G
Embedded programming experience
Windows 802.11 & USB driver experience
Experience with Windows USB core and USB protocol
Familiar with embedded programming on Cypress USB devices
Experience developing driver stacks for bus-connected PC devices(USB/ PCI/ PCI Express)
Proficiency with windows kernel-mode development and debugging.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

BS, EE, CS, CE, or Equivalent
5-10 Years hands on experience
