Position Overview

CRAVE is looking for a detail-focused, highly-motivated individual who would be working in our small warehouse and micro-factory in San Francisco in support of our customers. While your primary roles will be in shipping and customer support, as part of a small team, you will be working in a dynamic environment and will be wearing many hats and responsibilities. You will be a key part of a team bringing high-quality products that empower beautiful experiences.

What you’ll do

• Kit and ship all our Direct To Consumer (D2C) orders on a daily basis
• Kit and ship all our Business to Business (B2B) orders on a daily basis
• Manage all email customer support tickets & other related communications on a daily basis
• Work with all online/web tools to support the above
• Assist with office operations & building management.
• Assist in product production/assembly during busy times of the year.

Who you are

• Previous experience working in a shipping department is desired but not required.
• Previous experience in customer support is desired but not required.
• Strong ability to use various online/web tools for managing shipping, customer support etc.
• Competent and efficient writer
• Fluency with excel and Google Docs
• Organized, detail-focused, and self-starter who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Has good communication skills.
• Ability to work well with hands.
• Fast learner who is not afraid to ask questions.
• Nice to have, but not necessary:

Compensation and Benefits

• Pay: $25-$30 / hour, DOE
