We are expanding our team and looking for a detail-oriented and organized Studio Assistant to join our team. This role involves processing and preparing customer orders, ensuring quality control, managing inventory, and maintaining effective communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process incoming customer orders with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and package orders for shipping, ensuring proper quality control and presentation are met.
• Communicate with the team to address any order-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding all stages of an order.
• Process returns promptly and accurately.
• Assist with inventory management as needed.
