Bryr Studio is a collection of hand-made clogs inspired by the West Coast lifestyle. Founded in 2012 and based in the Dogpatch district of San Francisco, every pair of Bryr clogs are hand-made in our factory. Dedicated to the simple idea that the best products are made with the best materials, Bryr clogs are constructed using the strongest, most supple American leathers and traditional European solid-wood bases.
The BRYR Warehouse Teammate is an organized, motivated doer who ensures that orders are fulfilled in a timely and efficient manner, our inventory is accurate and organized, and studio facilities are well maintained. In addition, this person will work on the retail sales floor one day per week.
We are looking for that special someone who will manage and implement our fulfillment system, who is passionate about everything being in its place, and is excited about the clogs that we make. This person is a self-defined doer and a natural at tracking information and follow-through. This person is a collaborative team player who enjoys working with a passionate team of hard working people. They are warm, friendly and outgoing, enjoy working with the public, and are enthusiastic about representing our brand when working in the retail shop.
As our Warehouse Teammate, you do not need to know our exact systems before you start, but you need to be a systems thinker, able to jump in and develop solutions where needed. People who are not self-starters, not flexible, not open to feedback, nor great communicators need not apply. You are meant for this role if you are excited about a physical, hands-on job, and you are a detail-obsessed and organized problem-solver, who also loves working with people and the public.

Joyce is an innovation strategist who is passionate about creating positive social change. She is a consultant at Sonder Collective, a social impact consultancy specializing in climate, humanitarian, and global health issues.
With 15 years of experience in various sectors, Joyce brings expertise in strategic planning, research, and developing solutions. Her work is fueled by her curiosity and commitment to making a difference. Before joining Sonder Collective, she worked at digital health startups, Kaiser Permanente Innovation, Elevance Health Innovation, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Services.
Joyce has a Master of Business Administration from the California College of the Arts and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University. She strongly believes in the power of creativity and entrepreneurship, which she promotes through graduate teaching at the California College of the Arts. She also served on the board of The Crucible, an industrial arts school in West Oakland. Currently, she serves as a founding advisory board member for COVEN, which focuses on activating spaces and places for monumental art.
Joyce lives in San Francisco with her husband. They recently completed their first host experience within a cultural exchange program and are committed to hosting each year. In her free time, she enjoys adventuring in nature and collaborative public art projects with Five Ton Crane at Seaport Studios in Richmond.
