We make chocolates from scratch in small batches, starting with raw cacao beans, and going through the process of sorting, roasting, winnowing, grinding, tempering, moulding, and wrapping to turn those beans into delicious chocolate bars.

Job Duties

The assistant chocolate maker will work along side with other chocolate makers. Job duties may include sorting cacao beans, tempering chocolates, foil-wrapping bars, cleaning up at the end of the day, and other steps in making chocolate. Please note job may require standing for long hours.

Job Requirements

We are looking for a part-time team member who is meticulous, energetic, eager to learn and learn fast, love chocolate and want to be part of the operation.
Must haves:
- 2-year experience working in a food facility
- Experience working with chocolate
- Have a valid California Food Handler Certification
- Ability to lift 40lbs loads

Skills/Experience Preferred

Experience tempering and moulding chocolates is a plus





14 hours a week. Negotiable schedule
