to open doors and provide access to our studio by developing programs around workforce

Job Duties

Primary Responsibilities:

Duties will include, but are not limited to assessing, planning,
implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet Humanmade’s client’s needs

● Conduct outreach including events at local agencies to identify potential applicants
● Develop marketing strategies to reach larger audiences
● Interviewing and vetting applicants for manufacturing workforce training programs
● Facilitate multiple care aspects to support clients throughout their workforce training
programs with referrals and resources for barrier mitigation
● Utilizing Humanmade’s Job Readiness curriculum to equip clients with the skills needed
to maintain positive and efficient work environments
● Regular followup with client’s post-training to assist in job acquisition and retention
● Help clients achieve success and autonomy

● Develop effective working relations and cooperate with the Humanmade management
team throughout the entire case management process
● Record workforce information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce
statistical reports
● Develop referral relationships with partners

Job Requirements

Requirements:

● BSW or BA in other Human Services Field
● 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in human services, possess demonstrated
commitment to client services
● Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated follow through on tasks
● Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects and assignments effectively
● Excellent communication skills
● Positive and engaging attitude

Compensation

$55-60k Annually, DOE

Benefits

Medical, Dental & Vision. Membership to Humanmade, which includes access to maker space and all machinery/tools.

Hours

M-F 9am-5pm, or 11am-7pm (2 classes are conducted M-F in 12 week intervals, this position requires alternating coverage for each class)
