Ohio Design is a creative studio based in San Francisco's Mission district that focuses on designing and crafting simple beautiful, high-quality offerings across a variety of disciplines. The people that we like to work with value honest thoughtful design and impeccable execution. Ohio Design believes that beauty can be found everywhere and should be accessible to all and aims to create products that feel beautiful and are sustainably made using locally sourced materials. We strive to empower our customers to make informed decisions about the products they purchase.

We are a company established in 1997 with extensive experience crafting pieces for both commercial and residential spaces. Our focus is on both functionality and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. We collaborate with designers and clients to bring our expertise and add value to projects.

Job Duties

It's a small business and that means almost everything there is to do in a design lead manufacturing.

Job Requirements

We are seeking motivated and organized creatives with a passion for design, efficiency and craft to join our team at OHIO. As a leading producer of wood and steel furniture and (soon to be) much more, we are in a phase of growth and looking for talented creatives with woodworking, carpentry, metalworking, digital, 3d modeling and CNC skills. Any combination of the above.

If you possess a professional work ethic, are creative, curious, empathetic, disciplined, and tenacious, and have a love for making things at the highest level of craft, we would love to hear from you. Creating anything; wood, metal, digital or textile all has a place here.
