Job Duties

Job Requirements

Our current team members are hands-on, work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude. Some responsibilities are to:

support all sales team members by handling incoming phone calls and walk-in sales opportunities
scheduling installs, print productions based out of San Francisco
internal administrative office support, ie. FedEx delivery, courier services, filing, incoming/outgoing mail
additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Experience Preferred

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

Preferably a minimum of 5 years admin sales / support and one who is ready to take on additional projects and being a part of a great team.
Knowledge in printing is preferred, but not required
Special Events, Excel, Adobe Creative Suite are encouraged to apply.
5+ years of experience with office admin support and sales
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs


$40-50K starting DOE
