Job Duties

Responsibilities - The project manager/coordinator is to perform, in order of importance: Ensure that all project installation work is completed in a safe manner. Ensure that all client projects’ base bid contracts and directed and/or accepted change order work are completed in a timely manner by adhering to the current project CPM schedule and client communications. Monitor schedules to ensure no delays. Ensure that projects are delivered and installed to meet agreed design specifications, quality expected and contractually stipulated by the client. Oversee the activities of those personnel reporting directly and provide direction as necessary. Coordinate and ensure necessary communications and cooperation with Project Managers, Production Manager and outside vendors.
