Job Requirements

The Installation Manager is responsible for the overall management of a highly skilled service/technical team responsible for all field installation and technical services and support for the company’s products.This position has primarily responsibility for enhancing the quality of installation services that are being provided to customers as well as supporting the overall customer experience. An installation manager has the following key responsibilities, duties and jobs:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure that all the day to day services have been controlled and that all the clients’ needs have been fulfilled successfully
Responsible for the training of the new employees and to schedule safety training sessions accordingly
Consult with employees regarding projects and opportunities
Consult with clients regarding project needs and options
Develop supporting processes for down periods so that installers can support the overall facility operations
Dispatch and oversight of installation crews
Assist in the scheduling and maintenance management of vehicles
Manage the ordering and scheduling of outside labor and equipment
Perform Site Surveys
Fully understand all technical aspects of installations.
