Job Duties

Job Description
Account for the movement of physical materials, parts, supplies, etc., through set inventory processes in a timely and accurate manner. Produce reports and communicate with management regarding inventory levels, receiving shipments or parts, etc.

Responsibilities:

Compile and maintain records of quantity and type for all inventory
Perform Inventory Cycle Counts as required
Transact inventory movements in Inventory System Software daily
Fulfill inventory requirements as needed for the production team
Include detailed notes for tracking purposes (all transactions must be entered by the end of each day)
Receive part shipments daily, verifying against Purchase Orders for accuracy
Generate a shortage report as needed and collaborate with management to restock
Fill all part shortages daily when parts arrive and transact in the database
Enter received shipments into database daily
Analyze material records for the proper handling in the database.
Maintain all part locations in the database
Organize the warehouse to properly store parts and materials
Assist in Forklift operations when moving any company materials, parts, supplies, etc.
Place tags and labels on the inventory stock and at their storage location
Research, reconcile and transact any discrepancies
Ensure Material Records are completed for parts leaving inventory as needed
Prepare Inventory Balance Report as needed
Provide excellent customer service
Coordinate with team members and other internal departments of the organization
Additional Duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1-year relevant experience
Must be able to lift at least 40lbs
Must maintain a safe and positive work environment
Must be a team player and work well with others
Must be accurate, efficient, and trustworthy
Database Software or Microsoft Office skills are a plus!
Forklift Certified is a plus (will provide Forklift Certification if needed)
Good Math skills are required
Must provide references
