Our in-house Design Consultants work hand-in-hand with clients to ensure they are choosing the best products for their business from a quality and ethical perspective. Our offerings have a strong focus on sustainably made goods and minority businesses.

Design Like Whoa is searching for a creative and energetic Production Assistant who is passionate about casual-wear and graphic tees. You are an artist at heart who is excited to work with a small, collaborative team. You love the idea of making a design concept a tangible reality. You're driven, entrepreneurial, creative, and have a strong desire to grow with the company.

Job Duties
Responsibilities:
- Effectively use Photoshop or Illustrator to make artwork print-ready
- Operate and maintain equipment: direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, and vinyl cutters
- Building and ship gift boxes (Kits)
- Make it your mission to understand our machines and processes inside and out
- Stay very organized while working quickly to stick to timelines and deadlines
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns effectively with the team

Job Requirements
- Must be able to work from our location in San Francisco (SOMA)
- Must be available 9 am - 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and move boxes that weigh up to 30 lbs
- Have an internal desire to be the best you can be
Skills/Experience Preferred
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience using Photoshop and Illustrator
- Ability to create and edit vector art
- Ability to perform well under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, agile and can think on your feet
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive, professional, and energetic personality
- Responsible, reliable, and on time
- Very detail-oriented
- Do it yourself mentality; if there's an issue, you troubleshoot, think independently, and problem solve
Pluses:
- Prior experience working in a print-related industry
- Prior experience in production, working with direct-to-garment (DTG), embroidery, vinyl, sublimation, screen printingHave an internal desire to be the best you can be
