Job Duties

Job description
The vital piece of a successful production process, a Production Manager will assign daily production tasks to the team. He'll update the sales department on the status of work in the production queue, evaluate production proofs and manage the installation calendar.

Organization is vital. This person will oversee material and equipment inventory and set the standard for quality control as our signage moves through the shop and out the door.

When needed, the Production Manager may be called upon to assist with the creation of sign proofs as well as sending files to production.

Ideally you have experience in the sign industry, but if you have 3 to 5 years of production management experience, we'll be happy to help you learn this industry.

We recognize and practice all safe work guidelines as mandated by the State of California.

Job Requirements

Sign Industry experience is ideal, but we do require 3 to 5 years of production management experience of any kind...and open to learning the sign industry.

Skills/Experience Preferred

Manufacturing, carpentry, graphic design, organization and leadership.

Compensation

60k to 90k yearly salary
