We are Martin Sign Company, the only company of our kind in San Francisco. We specialize in all types of signage, from large format digital printing, dimensional letters (illuminated or non-illuminated) to ADA and wayfinding. Our clients range from large tech firms to small mom and pop shops throughout the Bay Area and beyond.
We are looking for artisans and craftspeople to fabricate and install visual communications that make a difference in people’s everyday life. In our 10+ years we have developed proven methods to construct signs and graphics that deliver dependable results that our customers can count on. The more you already know about graphics and sign-making, the faster you will have an impact in our company.

Job Duties
The Production Technician focuses on building signs and graphics at Martin Sign Company’s fabrication facility in San Francisco. The major responsibilities of the position are:
1. Vinyl cutting and preparation
2. Printing and laminating graphics
3. Assembling signs and wayfinding
Job Requirements
Education: High School Diploma
Skills: Vinyl graphics design and application, knowledge of sign making materials and processes, basic computer operations, adept at using hand tools and operating simple machines and equipment, experience in reading plans and drawings.
Personal Qualities: Positive attitude, beginners’ mindset, dependable, hardworking, thrives in cooperative environments, energetic, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in the field.
Skills/Experience Preferred
Three years sign industry experience preferred, clear DMV history and valid California driver’s license.
Compensation
$20.00-25.00 per hour

paid time off, medical benefits after 90 days.
