We are seeking an exceptionally resourceful person to join our small veteran entrepreneurial team as a Sales Support & Operations Associate, reporting directly to the Vice-President of Sales & Business Development. This is a full-time salaried position with normal work hours between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Our product is fully developed and on the shelf. Customer sales are underway with numerous Fortune 500 organizations including universities, major pharmaceutical organizations, and government laboratories.

Job Duties

SALES SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage company’s internal database of current and prospective customers
-Process customer purchase orders and create company invoices
-Monitor accounts receivable and manage delinquent accounts
OPERATIONS RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Manage inventory levels of on-the-shelf products for sale
-Assemble hand-held instruments for inventory
-Fulfill customer orders (pick, pack, & ship)

Job Requirements

-Experience with a CRM program (SalesForce preferred)
-Be comfortable working in a start-up environment (self-starter, highly organized)
-Be an expert using QuickBooks, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and be familiar with database programs
-Have excellent grammar, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
-Have good manual dexterity for light assembly of instruments
-Be able to professionally interact with customers and deal with customer issues
-Demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail, dependability, & responsibility
