We have a very diverse workplace of 200 employees that encompasses manufacturing, retail, design, communications, digital, and administrative functions. Our original Sausalito location houses our dinnerware factory and showroom. Work Environment/Hours/ Compensation:
This role is based out of our San Francisco Showroom. Full Time and Part-Time positions are available. Candidates must have weekend availability. Full-Time positions average 30-40 hours per week and Part-Time positions average 15-20 hours per week.
As of October 2020, we committed to establishing a base rate that would support a Living Wage for each employee. We value our workers and one way we can show this is through fair pay for the roles in which they work here at Heath.

This position pays between $20 - $22 an hour based on experience.

Job Duties

Position Summary;
Our clientele at Heath ranges from architects and designers to chefs, design-savvy shoppers, out-of-towners and gift registrants. Our ideal candidate has an open, friendly demeanor, an appreciation for Heath Ceramics and an eagerness to learn more about the rich history of our company and designs. They will have an eye for detail and will be able to create a store environment that surprises and delights our customers each time they walk through our doors.

Working at Heath means appreciating that selecting dinnerware can be very personal, as it represents family, friendship, tradition and important gatherings. As a Sales Associate at Heath, you will help shoppers understand our beautiful and distinctive selections of Dinnerware, Heath Home and one of a kind finds, as well as the way the registries work. You will balance excellent customer service with the demands of a busy store environment.

- Pride of ownership with store appearance, cleanliness and organization

Job Requirements

- Knowledge of POS systems and a high level of comfort with technology (including the ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet)
- Able to comfortably lift 30 lbs and stand for long periods of time
