Raff Distillerie, located in San Francisco’s Bayview District (formerly known as Butchertown), began with the goal of making true craft spirits and continues to create all products from scratch. Started in 2011 on Treasure Island. Founder and Master Distiller, Carter Raff, himself, a 5th generation San Franciscan and lifelong metalworker, personally built all the machinery and stills here in San Francisco. Raff chose to base the labels off San Francisco history, mostly from the late 1800s Victorian era. Proud producer of Bummer & Lazarus Gin, a more citrus floral forward gin, Emperor Norton Absinthe, a true traditional French absinthe and Barbary Coast Rhum Agricole, a funky style of Caribbean Rum. You can try our products all over the country or come down to our brand-new tasting room.

Job Duties

The tasting room manager will be responsible for working the bar in our tasting room on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. These duties include making cocktails, serving samples, selling merchandise and educating people about our products and who we are and why we do what we do.

Job Requirements

Applicant should have some retail experience or bar tending experience. Not much is required, but some is helpful. We need someone to be reliable and willing to work weekends.

Skills/Experience Preferred


$20-$24 per hour.


Paid sick leave per SF Regulation.


Friday 11:30pm-7:30pm, Saturday 11:30pm-7:30pm, Sunday 11:30pm-5:30pm
