SFMade offers both early stage and mature manufacturers a program designed to allow them to get quick and relevant information and referrals to resources. Manufacturing 411 Consultations provide individualized coaching in short, efficient one-hour sessions with experts from either the SFMade staff or our network of volunteer advisors. SFMade staff tailors the content of the consultations to the specific needs of each company.

– Access to Capital for Manufacturers
– Accounting and Cash flow Management
– Supply Chain Strategy
– Planning for Hiring or Organizational Design
– Retail or Distribution Strategy
– Marketing and PR
– Incentive Programs including Enterprise Zone and Energy Efficiency
– Referrals to Service Providers in specialty areas, including legal, accounting, IT and more
All consultations are $50
Subsidized rates made possible by funding from the City of San Francisco’s Office of Economic and Workforce Development. Consultations are primarily for members only- with a few exceptions: 1) Setting up manufacturing in San Francisco 2) Space searches 3) Sourcing.
