Even healthy people get a check up from time to time. Give us an hour and we’ll take your business vitals (via phone, video, or in person).
We’ll follow up with a recap which can serve as a marker of where you are now, inspire a shift in strategy, and may include follow up action items. Just like a visit to your GP, sometimes we’ll refer you to a specialist who can focus on an area that needs expert attention.
That’s a fair question.
Just try to stump our team. If we don’t have the answer, we probably know someone that does. Chances are that you’re not the first person that asked us:
Between the deep knowledge base of our staff, our team of volunteer advisors, and the network of hundreds of other manufacturers – we’ll get you a good answer.
We can help you with job descriptions, onboarding strategies, interviewing tips, compliance and most importantly, connecting you with qualified candidates. Posting open positions on our job board will get them in front of job seekers who share your values of keeping it local
We can also connect you with expert consultants who volunteer their time to support local manufacturers. Give them an hour and you’ll get the wisdom and guidance of someone with years of experience.
